These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bk999 ("bk999," "we," "us," or "the Platform") and govern all access to and use of the bk999 website located at bk999.lol and all associated gaming products, services, software, mobile interfaces, and communications.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bk999 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bk999 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon confirmed detection, all accounts linked to the individual may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings withheld pending review.

Account credentials and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk999 login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid is considered to have been authorised by you. bk999 cannot be held liable for losses or account compromise resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. bk999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. All account balances, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated and settled in PKR. bk999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion required on your end is at your own cost and risk.

bk999 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts registered in the Player's own name are processed within minutes of request approval during normal operating periods.

Withdrawal conditions: The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is approved:

• Your bk999 account must have completed KYC identity verification including CNIC submission;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available PKR balance;
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be separately tracked — only funds not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn;

Promotional eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, promotions at bk999 are available to Pakistani resident accounts in good standing. bk999 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from promotional eligibility where prior abuse has been detected or where the account does not meet the qualifying deposit or activity thresholds for a particular offer.

These product-specific rules operate alongside and are subject to these General Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk999 platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bk999 content in any medium.

Any unauthorised use of bk999 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the bk999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses resulting from your decisions and wagers;
• Losses resulting from platform unavailability, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond bk999's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Loss of gaming opportunity due to scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.

bk999's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in this section operates to exclude bk999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bk999.

bk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player is using the account for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• The Player's account has been compromised by a third party;
• The Player is a minor or has misrepresented their age;
• Continued account operation presents a regulatory or reputational risk to bk999.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bk999 will notify the Player via their registered contact details within a reasonable time. If investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld legitimate balance returned. If breach is confirmed, bk999 may permanently close the account and retain any balance attributable to the breach.

Voluntary closure: You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bk999 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your PKR balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation that arose prior to the closure date.

bk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on file not less than 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect, except where amendments are required urgently by regulatory obligation, legal requirement, or platform security — in which case amendments may take effect immediately.

Continued use of bk999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using bk999 and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Your PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method upon closure.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk999 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through bk999 customer support shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under bk999's gaming license.

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact bk999 customer support and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for good-faith resolution. The majority of disputes raised by bk999 Players are resolved at this stage without formal escalation.

Language: These Terms are published in English, which is the binding language for interpretation and dispute resolution purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the English version's legal primacy.
